1. “Eternity Free Ice-cream Day” (“Campaign”) is organized by Eternity ("the Company” , “Eternity”, “We” or “Our”). By participating in the Campaign, the participants are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

【Eternity免費雪糕日】(「本活動」)由Eternity (「本公司」、「Eternity」或 「我們」)主辦。 參加本活動時，參加者即被視為已閱讀、明白及同意遵守此等條款及細則。

 

2. The Campaign Period:

May 4, 2024 - 1pm - 3pm

 

活動日期及時間：

2024 年 5 月 4 日（下午 1 時至下午 3 時）

 

3. Eligible Participants who have successfully completed and submitted our survey during the Campaign Period will be entitled to one designated soft ice-cream (“Prize”).

於活動期間，合資格參加者若成功填妥及提交問卷可獲得指定軟雪糕一客 (「獎品」)。

 

4. Each Eligible Participant can participate in this Campaign once and is entitled to the Prize once only during the Campaign Period, and it will be verified by the personal data submitted by the Eligible Participants. Prize(s) are only available while supplies last. If any requested information in the survey including but not limited to the name, phone number or email provided is/are repeatedly used, incorrect, untrue, incomplete or invalid, the relevant Eligible Participant will be disqualified for this Campaign.

 

每位合資格參加者於活動期間只限參加本活動一次及兌換獎品一次，並會以合資格參加者所提交的個人資料進行核實。獎品數量有限，送完即止。如問卷所需的任何資料包括但不限於姓名、電話號碼或電郵重覆使用、不正確、不真實、不完整或無效，有關合資格參加者參加本活動的資格將會被取消。

 

5. Each Eligible Participant is required to redeem the Prize in person at the designated location on the designated date and time.

每位合資格參加者須親自於指定日期及時間內前往指定地點換領獎品。

 

6. The Prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, returned or redeemed for cash, other products or services under all circumstances. The Prize can only be redeemed within the Campaign Period. Photocopies are not accepted. The venue of the event may be temporarily closed or suspended upon occurrence of any events beyond the control of the Prize supplier, including but not limited to the outbreak of infectious diseases or inclement weather (including but not limited to the hoisting of Tropical Cyclone Signal No.8 or higher, or Black Rainstorm warnings) on the date of the event. The Eligible Participants should abide by all arrangements of Eternity. Etenity reserves the right to reschedule the event and will notify the participants of relevant arrangement via email or SMS. No compensation, reissuing or refund of Prize will be arranged by the Prize supplier. Use of the Prize shall be subject to further terms and conditions of the Prize supplier.

 

在任何情況下，獎品均不可更換、轉讓、退回或兌換現金、其他產品或服務。獎品只能在指定的期限內換領。影印本恕不接受。如在活動當日發生任何獎品供應商無法控制的事件，包括但不限於傳染病爆發或惡劣天氣（包括但不限於發出八號風球或以上丶黑色暴雨警告信號等），活動處所或將暫停開放或運作，合資格參加者須遵從Eternity之所有有關安排。Eternity保留將活動改期舉行之權利並會透過電郵或短訊通知參加者有關安排。獎品供應商無須作出任何賠償、補發獎品或退款安排。獎品之使用需受獎品供應商之其他條款及細則約束。

 

7. The Company reserves the right to terminate this Campaign and/ or amend the terms and conditions of this Campaign without prior notice.

 

本公司保留權利中止本活動及／或更改本活動之有關條款及細則而不作事先通知。

 

8. The Company’s decision on all matters and disputes relating to this Campaign and the Prize shall be final and conclusive.

 

本公司就本活動及獎品之所有事宜及爭議均有最終決定權。

 

. If there is inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

 

本條款及細則的中英文文本如有不一致，概以英文文本為準。
